Loomcraft 4-harness, 40" weaving width Loom - Quality craftsmanship, the beauty of fine furniture, and a sturdy, efficient design. Made in the USA of solid northern cherry. It is a rising shed, jack-type loom. The beater is sturdy. The addition of the beater weight makes this loom strong enough to be used as a rug loom. The beater and all jacks use steel bearings. The loom comes with 2 more treadles than harnesses, but up to 14 treadles can be added. No more harnesses can be added. Heddles are flat steel with a large 9/16" eye. The loom also comes with a reed and lease sticks.

The overall dimensions are: 48" wide, height 39.5", depth 27.75" folded, 33.75-36.75" open.

Solid cherry work bench is included in sale. The bench can be positioned tilting, rocking, or level. There is ample room for storage under the seat. When not in use, it stores neatly between the treadles, under the breast beam.

The loom and bench are in pristine condition. Just like brand new! This loom sells new for $2,700 and the bench for $500. This would make a wonderful addition to any weaver's home or studio.

We would consider freight shipping; however, the buyer is responsible for hiring a company to crate the item (try Crates and Freighters) as well as exact shipping costs to your location. No handling fee will be charged. Purchasing insurance from the freight company is recommended. Local buyers can pickup the loom directly from my residence to avoid shipping costs.
